Make Sure That Your Yoga Place Is Comfortable
It could be any corner of your house. The only condition that you need to follow is that the place should be calm and without any disturbance. Also, take your yoga mat along with you wherever you go to practice yoga. The place should be clean and ventilated and there should be enough space for you to do yoga.

Do Yoga On An Empty Stomach
It is important that yoga is practiced on an empty stomach. After practicing yoga, you can have your meal after 2 to 3 hours.



Comfortable Clothing
It is important to wear loose and comfortable clothes while practicing yoga. Wearing tight- fitting clothes while practicing yoga will not let your skin breathe properly and you will also face difficulty while doing stretching exercises. Also, while practicing yoga, you should not wear any jewelry or any other ornament.
